P0118 Code P0118 reports the error of the pulse arriving at the microprocessor module from the antifreeze temperature controller in the cooling system. It is noted that a short circuit to the positive terminal occurred on the sensor connection wire.
P0481 This code for car 2008 and other release codes appears when the power supply line to the cooling fan relay fails when the engine is operating at high speeds. The cause of the problem may be damage to the wiring or to the relay itself.
P0485 Error code P0485 also indicates problems in the functioning of the engine cooling fan control circuit
P0494 Code P0494 indicates a status error of the main module of the electric fan.
Possible causes of the problem:
- breakdown of the ventilating device or malfunctions in its operation;
- damage to the wire through which the node is connected to the vehicle electrical system;
- oxidation of contact elements on a block with a wire supplying the device;
- moisture on the connector pins;
- malfunction of the engine control unit.
P0501 The combination P0501 appears when the on-board computer fixes errors in vehicle speed data. Data must come to the control unit from ESP or ABS modules. Since the communication channel is broken, a detailed diagnosis of all wires is required.
P0532 Pulse error recorded on the power line of the pressure controller in the air conditioning circuit
P0550 Damage to the power supply pressure sensor power steering
P0562 Code P0562 appears in the event of a vehicle battery malfunction. The control unit detected too low a voltage in the vehicle's power grid on a car with an engine running.
Possible causes of the problem:
- boiling of electrolyte from battery cans;
- battery discharge as a result of damage to the case;
- natural battery wear;
- malfunction of the generator set;
- the use of electrical equipment in a car that does not meet the characteristics of the on-board network.
P0563 The control unit has detected a too high battery voltage. The cause of the problem can be both in the device itself and in the malfunction of the generator.
P0565 If the BC (on-board computer) issued this code, this indicates an invalid signal for speed control. In the case when this error is accompanied by the inscription Check Engine, the user is advised to diagnose the vehicle speed sensor. Also, code 0565 may indicate a malfunction in the power line of the cruise control system.
P0571 Code P0571 reports a malfunction recorded on the power line of the brake switch A of the cruise control system
P0599 Error code P0599 indicates a malfunction in the thermostat. When diagnosing, the on-board computer determined that the problem was a short circuit of the device to the battery.
P0603 The combination P0603 reports an electrical malfunction associated with the operation of the engine control unit. The cause of the problem may be due to poor contact or damage to the wires on the device connector.
P0609 This error reports a malfunction in the electronic control module. The cause of the problem may be a software malfunction of the unit or one of the sensors connected to it.
P0627 Open or damaged fuel pump power cable. If the wire really breaks, the car engine will not start.
P0683 Combinations of P0683 or 0683 indicate a violation of feedback from the control unit or relay by glow plugs. Such a problem can lead to malfunctions in the power unit.
P0692 Malfunction of the high-speed control mechanism of the main module of electric fans. The problem may consist in an open circuit or short circuit of the device's power conductor to ground.
P0706 Fault P0706 indicates an incorrect signal arriving at the control module from the transmission controller
P0744 Error code P0744 appears when a signal is bad or missing on the power line of the clutch actuator
P0945 Malfunction of the control system of the solenoid valve for adjusting the pressure of the engine fluid. The cause of the malfunction, as a rule, is not in the device itself, but in the wiring - the circuit can fray, rot, or break. If the cable is intact, you will have to change the valve together with the bushing from the crankcase.
P1106 Code indicates a lower error in the operation of a dual generator device. Also, the cause of the problem may indicate damage to the wiring of the absolute pressure controller in the manifold, since an intermittent low voltage is detected on the line. To remove the error, you must diagnose the wiring.
P1112 On-board computer detected intermittently low voltage on the power supply line of the intake air temperature controller
P1113 The on-board computer has detected a short or open in the power circuit of the intake air temperature controller. To erase the fault, check the integrity of the wiring.
P1157 Code P1157 is associated with an increased voltage recorded on the power line of the combustible composition controller.
P1304 Codes P1304 or 1304 indicate problems in the recognition of nozzles during electronic loading of the control unit. You can try to swap parts.
P1351 Combinations of P1351 or 1351 indicate a malfunction in the glow plugs. The cause of the problem may be the devices themselves or the failure of the relay.
P1352 On some car models, this code is accompanied by beeps - the beeper peaks three times when an error occurs. The combination indicates a malfunction of the primary circuit of the ignition coil, respectively, the problem may be accompanied by difficulties in starting and operating the engine. There may be malfunctions in the functioning of the pre-heating or subsequent heating line, so a relay check will be required.
P1403 On Peugeot FPS cars and other versions, code 1403 reports a malfunction in the auxiliary heating relay. The on-board computer detected a line break or a short to ground or battery.
P1429 Failure or malfunction of the electric air pump, a primary malfunction has been detected in the device power circuit. Also, the problem may be the malfunctioning of the particle differential pressure controller.
P1438 P1438 or 1438 codes can have two meanings:
- malfunction of the electrical circuit of the evaporative device of the air conditioner;
- breakdown or incorrect operation of the relay actuators;
- sticking of the power take-off relay in one of the positions.
P1458 Combination 1458 indicates a short to ground or damage to the electrical wiring through which the coolant solenoid valve is connected
P1517 The car control unit cannot communicate with the engine blocker It is recommended to check the wiring and contacts on the microprocessor module. If the malfunction is not serious, it will disappear after a few auto start cycles.
P1523 Code 1523 appears when the power line of the IVC solenoid is damaged
P1527 On Peugeot 307 SW diesel cars and other versions, this code indicates an error in the data on the charge of the generator device.
Possible causes of the problem:
- malfunction of the generator set (brushes, rotor mechanism, voltage regulator relay or other structural components);
- poor connection of the generator to the vehicle electrical system;
- battery malfunction - natural wear or mechanical damage;
- malfunction of the digital CAN interface;
- software malfunction of the engine control unit;
- data failure during the operation of the dashboard.
P1536 Data error of the main and hand brakes. The user needs to check the wires connected to these components.
P1607 Damage to the wiring supplying the vehicle speed limit sensor
P1612 Malfunction of the engine operating mode controller. The cause of the problem should be sought in the immobilizer, since most likely the device was blocked.
P1613 This code is decrypted as "computer telecoding is not implemented." It is necessary to check all the connectors and pads connected to the control unit.
P1614 Code P1614 indicates a loss of communication on the digital CAN bus with the electronic central locking.
Possible causes of the problem:
- malfunction of the central locking control unit;
- poor contact of the locks installed in the doors with the control module;
- damage to the wire supplying the control unit;
- malfunction of locks located in the doors;
- problems in the operation of the microprocessor module.
P1621 The on-board computer reports an internal malfunction of the microprocessor module. The cause of the problem may be a software malfunction or external factors, for example, prolonged exposure to moisture on the device.
P1622 One of the most common computer diagnosed errors. The combination indicates a mismatch of the immobilizer identifiers. This indicates that the engine lock cannot detect the key.
P1676 When error P1676 occurs, the engine control unit indicates problems in the operation of the generator set. The voltage in the vehicle's power supply does not correspond to the normalized indicator, which may be due to a malfunction of the regulator relay.
P1678 Diagnostic code 1678 for Peugeot or Citroen is associated with the problem of identifying the powertrain control unit.
P1687 Damaged wire or short circuit in the power line of a stepper motor installed in the oil pump
P1702 The combination P1702 appears when there is a malfunction in the power line of the transmission switch, in particular, the gear lever. The user should diagnose the selector and the wiring connector connected to it.
P2134 Discrepancy between the gas pedal pulses and the resistance point. A wiring check is required for insulation damage.
P2000 The P2000 code indicates a short-term loss of communication between the on-board computer and the automatic transmission control unit. If there is a problem in the gearbox, then the car does not drive well, when shifting gears there are shocks and jerks.
P2074 The on-board computer recorded a mismatch in the MAP controller absolute pressure in the intake manifold, as well as the throttle position sensor
P2125 The combination P2125 appears when the power wiring of the gas pedal position sensor is damaged
P2231 The combination P2231 appears when the signal from the oxygen controller at the input is disturbed. The cause of the problem should be sought in the wiring or poor contact of the device with the wiring.
P2237 Code 2237 appears when the resistance is fixed by the control unit on the power line of the heating device of the primary oxygen controller
P2244 Error in the relationship in the operation of the heating device of the primary lambda probe. The resistance recorded on the power line of the device does not correspond to the normalized parameter. This may indicate damage to the power cord or cable insulation.
P2270 Malfunction in the secondary lambda probe. The control unit detects too low a voltage in the power supply circuit of the device that does not correspond to the minimum standardized value.
P2600 Malfunction of the electric pump control system installed in the engine cooling system. The control unit has detected a short to battery. The user needs to diagnose the connection of the pumping device, as well as check the integrity of the wires. A malfunction can lead to insufficient cooling of the power unit and, as a consequence, to its overheating.
P2603 P2603 error occurs as a result of a malfunction of the refrigerant pump. If the mechanism fails, the cooling system circuit remains open, as a result of which the power unit cannot warm up properly.
P2626 Code P2626 indicates a current error detected in the primary oxygen controller pump circuit. The circuit is open.
P3014 Malfunction in the electric throttle actuator. The on-board computer notes that the mechanism was not trained due to a violation of identification conditions.
C1325 If this code pops up during the diagnosis, this indicates an incorrect signal fixed on the line of the speed sensor installed on the left rear wheel. A circuit break or a wire short to "plus" is possible.
C1381 Code C1381 indicates a power error in the exhaust gas recirculation system
U0028 Malfunction of the control indicator light of the self-diagnosis located on the instrument cluster. The control unit does not detect the light bulb, so the Check Engine may not light up when errors occur.
U1003 No communication with digital CAN interface. It is required to carry out diagnostics of all wires and contacts on the control module.
U0121 Lack of communication between the control unit and the control module of the anti-lock system. Check all connectors on the ABC ESP ASR.
U0140 Lack of communication with the BSI computer. The user needs to check all the connectors and wires associated with the module.
U0167 Loss of communication with the engine blocker, possible causes of the malfunction:
failure of the immobilizer control module;

U1213 (D213) Error in vehicle speed information received by the control unit via CAN bus from the ABS module. It is necessary to check all the wires connecting these devices.
U1218 Error data assistance system when starting a vehicle on a slope. The control unit does not receive messages from the control module by the node, which can be associated with damage to the contacts or wires connecting these devices.
U1313 Error communicating automatic transmission with modules BSI, ABS or ESP. Loss of communication may be due to damage to the wires between the devices or the presence of poor-quality contact.
U2000 Power-on error on command from the communicator. The on-board computer recorded a communication failure when the device requested to switch to the main mode of operation. A detailed check of the quality of the digital interface connection is required.

P0140 Code P0140 reports a pulse relationship error in the secondary oxygen controller. A detailed check of the sensors and their wiring is required.
P0141 Codes P0141 or 0141 reports an incorrect operation of the control system of the heating device of the lambda probe at the output.
PEUGEOT Transmission malfunctions
P15A0 Increased consumable pressure when operating in mechanical mode. The cause of the problem may be an excessive amount of oil in the gearbox.
P072F Slip torque converter device. The error usually appears when driving at more than 3 thousand revolutions. The problem should be sought in the assembly itself of an automatic box or "robot".
P0721 On cars in the sedan, hatchback and other modifications of the data, the code indicates a malfunction of the lock-up valve of the torque converter. The user needs to check the transmission unit.
P0730 The transmission unit is transmitting the wrong gear ratio to the control unit. The error is accompanied by kicks and pushes of the box during movement and gear changes.
P0741 The combination P0741 indicates a failure of the torque converter lock-up solenoid valve. The problem may be accompanied by failures in the operation of the transmission unit - the box will incorrectly engage the gears. Most likely, the problem lies in the oil, in particular, in the presence of a mine in the pallet of the box. It is necessary to check the level of transmission fluid and replenish it if necessary. If there are traces of deposits or metal chips in the oil, they should be removed or consumables replaced. You should also check the operation of the torque converter itself.
P0750 On a car of 2008 and other release codes, combinations of P0750 or 0750 appear when there are problems in gear shifting. The cause of the malfunction should be sought in the solenoid valve A, wiring may be damaged.
P1000 Error associated with the operation of an automatic transmission. The cause of the problem may be a violation of the communication of the transmission control unit with the main microprocessor.
P1167 Code P1167 or 1167 can be literally interpreted as "pressure adjustment error". The cause of the problem may be a breakdown of the pressure control solenoid valve in the automatic transmission fluid unit. Sometimes an error results from a low level of lubricant in the gearbox. P1701 Code 1701 may indicate several problems:

- damage to the power line of the cruise control system.
P1795 Code P1795 is literally translated as "data mismatch from the gearbox counter". The user needs to check the operation of the transmission control unit. A possible reason may lie both in the module and in the sensors mounted on the box.
P1804 Code 1804 on Peugeot Gearbox Reality and other versions indicates a malfunction in the gearbox. The user needs to check the operation of the sensors and wiring, because the combination indicates a failure in the electrical circuit of the high-level indicator. When starting the "machine" or when starting off, kicks of the transmission are possible. On some car models, the Stop and Watering can icon on the dashboard is lit.
P1818 Malfunction of the neutral protective switch of the transmission unit. The cause of the problem may be the shorting of the contact to the battery.
P2006 Problems in the operation of the automatic transmission, the gearbox may go into emergency operation
U0404 This code literally translates as "error data on the included speed in the gearbox, incorrect ratio of performance".
Possible causes of the malfunction:
- the transmission unit went into emergency operation;
- poor communication with the CAN bus of the car, check the operation of the engine control unit;
- failure of the gearbox sensor or poor contact with the power supply;
- the use of low-quality gear oil or lubricant has exhausted its service life.
U1308 The engine control unit cannot detect the control module for the transmission unit. The problem U 1308 is typical only for Peugeot cars equipped with an automatic transmission (automatic transmission).

Internet Connection and Microsoft Account: Windows 11 Home requires an active internet connection and a Microsoft Account to complete initial, first-use setup of the operating system, or when switching a device out of Windows 11 Home in S-mode.

What are the features?
If you're still prepared to try out the build, there's other features to consider even if you've read through our rundown of the upgrade.
Windows 11 now features a more detailed health-check app, which can recommend certain tasks to better prolong your PC, regardless of whether it's a desktop or laptop.
The newest Insider build also has better support for more than one monitor, so you can easily sort the taskbar when needed, alongside more snap layouts available when in portrait mode on a touch-display.
Make sure to 'Check for Updates' when a new build is released to have the latest fixes and features of Windows 11.

How to download Windows 11
Before you begin, make sure your PC meets the Windows 11 minimum specifications listed above. If it does, you should then back up your PC before continuing.
This ensures that if anything goes wrong – and updating to a new operating system is full or risks – your important files and settings can at least be restored.
Once done, head over to Microsoft's Download Windows 11 webpage.

1. Upgrade the device you're on
The easiest way to download and install Windows 11 is to upgrade the device you're currently using. From the Download Windows 11 webpage, click 'Download Now'.
Then, follow the instructions to download and install Windows 11 on your device.

2. Install Windows 11 on another PC using a DVD or USB
If you want to install Windows 11 on another PC, then select 'Download now' underneath the 'Create Windows 11 Installation Media' section.
This will download a tool that will format a USB drive and install a bootable version of the Windows 11 installation media. This can also be done with a blank DVD.
You'll need a USB drive with at lest 8GB of storage. Make sure there are no important files on it, as it will erase anything on there. Check out our pick of the best USB drives if you need to buy one.

Follow the steps in the Media Creation Tool to create the bootable USB or DVD. Once done, insert it in the PC you want to install Windows 11 on, and then restart the device.
You may need to get the PC to boot from the USB or DVD you've inserted. To do this, when your manufacturer logo comes on the screen, press F12 or F2 (this varies by manufacturer) to jump into the boot menu. This is where you'll tell the computer to go ahead and boot from your install disk, rather than loading Windows as it normally does.
When the boot menu pops up, simply select whether you'd like to boot from USB or DVD, then hit enter. From here, the Windows 11 installer should load up, and you'll be well on your way to that fresh install.

3. Perform a clean install of Windows 11 using an ISO
The above steps upgrade your Windows 10 PC to Windows 11. However, if you want to install Windows 11 from scratch, you can download the Windows 11 ISO.
Under 'Select edition' pick Windows 11. Once the ISO is downloaded, you'll need to make a bootable USB or DVD with it.

How to download Windows 11 beta and Windows 11 insider builds
Even though the final version of Windows 11 is now available to download, some people may still want to try out early Windows 11 insider builds.
This is because Microsoft will continue to update Windows 11 through the coming months and years, just like it did with Windows 10, and that means if you sign up to Windows 11 insider builds, you'll be able to test out new features before anyone else.
For example, Android apps are finally coming to the Microsoft Store in Windows 11, but that feature looks like it won't be arriving properly until 2022. However, people on Windows 11 Insider builds will get this feature early to test it out.
That means you should only really sign up if you're desperate to try out new Windows 11 features early, as there may be issues and bugs. If you want a more stable experience, stick with the release version of Windows 11.
But, if you're feeling brave, here's how to download the Windows 11 beta and Insider Builds.

1. Join the Windows Insider Program
To do this, open up the Settings app and click on 'Update & Security', then 'Windows Insider Program'.

In the 'Windows Insider Program' window, click 'Get started' to join. From the window that appears, click 'Link an account' and pick your Microsoft Account and click 'Continue'.

2. Pick a Channel
Very early Windows 11 Insider builds are available to people using the Dev Channel. This is meant for app developers, and gives people access to very early versions of Windows 11. Again, make sure you are happy to install what is likely to be quite an early build with various issues included.
You can also choose the Beta Channel, which isn't quite as early, offering a more stable experience, but still with early access to features (just not as early).
Then, there's the Release Preview Channel. This is essentially the version of Windows 11 most people use, but with a few early features. This is the most stable build, but it also means you're waiting longer to test out new features. It's still faster to get new features this way than just using Windows 11, however.
If you just want a PC that works as normal, we'd stick with normal Windows 11 for now. However, if youreallywant to try out Windows 11, in the 'Pick your Insider settings' page that appears, select the channel you want to join, then 'Confirm'.

Another window will appear with an explanation of what you can expect from this early build. As long as you are happy to proceed, click 'Confirm'.
You'll then need to restart your PC. Make sure everything is saved, and click 'Restart Now' on the window that appears.

3. Install the Windows 11 Insider Preview build
Once you've restarted, open up the Windows Update app. You can do this by searching for 'Windows Update' in the search bar in the taskbar of Windows 10.
You can also open it by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
In the window that appears, click 'Check for updates'. The Windows 11 Insider Preview build should appear, and you can download and install it as if it was a regular Windows 10 update.

How to upgrade to Windows 11 without TPM 2.0
Many people have found that they cannot install Windows 11 because their PC does not have TPM 2.0. This is a physical chip included in many modern PCs (or built into their processors) which is a "secure crypto-processor" that is designed to make your device more secure by preventing malicious software to be run.
If your PC doesn't support TPM 2.0, then you'll get an error message when trying to install it that says your PC doesn't meet Windows 11 system requirements.
If this happens and you still want to install Windows 11, there is a way to get around the TPM requirement, but this should only be done by people who are confident about the risks it involves.
